Service Description

Handshake Factory provides a decentralized platform for creating and deploying smart contracts on various blockchain networks. The platform enables users to create immutable agreements without centralized control or data collection.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• The content they deploy on the blockchain
• Ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Managing their wallet credentials and private keys
• Understanding that blockchain deployments are permanent and immutable
• Paying all associated gas fees and transaction costs

Immutability and Permanence

All contracts deployed through Handshake Factory are stored permanently on the blockchain. Once deployed, contracts cannot be deleted, modified, or censored by any party, including Handshake Factory operators.

Users must carefully review all content before deployment, as changes are impossible after finalization.

No Warranties

Handshake Factoryis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Handshake Factory and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to user error or blockchain network issues
• Content deployed by users that violates laws or regulations
• Network congestion, gas fee fluctuations, or failed transactions
• Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits

Prohibited Content

While we cannot control or censor blockchain content, users agree not to deploy contracts containing:

• Illegal content under applicable laws
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Malicious code or exploits
• Content intended to defraud or harm others

Blockchain Networks

Handshake Factory operates across multiple blockchain networks. Users acknowledge that:

• Each blockchain has its own rules, fees, and characteristics
• Network performance and costs may vary
• We are not responsible for blockchain network failures or issues

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
