Drafts and references in your browser

The editor saves drafts, settings, references, and deployment receipts in this browser using local storage. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to read them. Clearing site data removes these local copies, including recovery information.

Record encryption and decryption run locally. The current reader and writer do not send your unpublished reference or plaintext to an encryption service. A reference entered to read a record is held in memory for that view. Keep a separate copy of a private reference: the platform cannot reset it.

What publication makes public

Deployment sends encrypted content chunks and selected metadata to a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, transactions, titles, timestamps, party details, and any reference you choose to publish can be inspected by others. Publishing the reference enables others to decrypt the content.

Unlisting a record or keeping Author Lock enabled does not hide blockchain data. Author Lock delays public display and designated-party signing; the original document is already fixed. Strong encryption with an unpublished reference is a separate choice. Chain data cannot be removed through this website.

Discovery and network services

Public listing uses an AWS Amplify database containing record addresses, chain identifiers, and submitted listing data. The database helps discovery; the reader verifies records against the chain. Removing a website listing does not remove its contract.

Loading the website, querying a chain, connecting a wallet, or using a sharing service sends requests to the relevant hosting, RPC, wallet, or sharing provider. Those providers can receive request metadata such as your IP address and requested record. Their processing and retention are governed by their own policies.

The app records interaction events in memory for its diagnostic tools. Dashboard and optional features also use backend models for activity events, wallet-linked identifiers, templates, and achievements. These records are not private merely because they relate to a wallet. We do not describe the website as collecting or processing no data. This notice describes the reviewed application; it does not promise that infrastructure providers keep no access logs.

Your publication choices

Review the exact content, party details, reference visibility, and public listing choice before signing. Avoid placing information on chain that you or another person may need to remove later. Sharing and publishing are distinct from merely writing a local draft.

Content moderation applies to the website display. Recovering a record independently requires its chain, contract address, stored chunks, and any necessary reference.
